About Me

I love reading aloud so much I became an audiobook narrator. My voice is warm, soothing, textured, versatile, and articulate, honed in front of college freshman, over a reception desk phone line, and on Off-Off-Off Broadway stages, including I have performed at LaMama, HERE Arts Center, the Clark Studio Theater at Lincoln Center, and the Park Avenue Armory. I performed my own pieces at LaMama’s Puppetry Slam, Object Movement Puppetry Residency & Festival, and University Settlement.

My study includes working with Elise Arsenault, and taking classes with Anna Garduno, Paul Liberti, Amanda Quaid, Nic Redman, Voice Actors of NYC, and the Linklater Center for Voice and Language. I am a member of APA.

I have two YA fantasy novels and a sci-fi novel on Audible under my pseudonym Cassandra Alling, and won 1st Runner Up for the 2022 Rone Audiobooks award.
